As the colder weather sets in, we need a little boost once in a while. Claire would have known this and included things like Rose hips because of their vitamin C- which helps in preventing and treating colds, flu, and vitamin C deficiencies. We came up with a recipe after looking at a lot of historical tea recipes and herb uses for coughs, colds, wheezes, and chest infections. This will certainly clear the sinus's and it tastes amazing!
When we were asked to come up with products that would or could have been used in the time period of the popular novel, and movie Outlander, we wanted to really give you something unique and true to history and something that could have been made in that period or combining her knowledge with the original 18th century recipes. We give you our "Outlander Inspired Apothecary Collection"
